And So It Goes

Well, we have another showing on 5/6.  Maybe this time.  We were in closing two weeks ago when the lady wanted a $3,000 knock off for a small problem with the floor.  She was just trying to get $3,000 more off the price.  We refused and she backed out.  Go ridden.  Maybe this time will be better.  Stay tuned.
